Group sessions dedicated to improving your sport specific strength.  Use your off season to come back stronger for 2015!

Starting Wednesday 24.09.14 session times will be:

Wednesday 6.30am

Friday 6.30 & 7.30am

The first two weeks are free.  From 08.10.14 the session cost will be £10 per session or £7.50 per session with a subscription.
