Over the last 7 weeks 11 swimmers have taken part in ImpactPT’s first Novice Swim squad for Triathlon. We have focused on technique fitness and open water skills and celebrated our progress with our graduation swim in the Lido in Hyde Park! A fantastic end to the season for M.C. Matt added to his stream of 10k and Half Marathon PB’s with a 3:12:01 at the Berlin Marathon. On Sunday 19.05.13 M.C achieved a new PB for the Crouch End/Hornsey YMCA 10k! Running in at 38:28 and finishing 22nd out of 1143 finishers! A fantastic result and just reward for great commitment in training – well done!
On Sunday the 28th of April a group of three brave cyclists set off to experience and conquer the most gruelling stage of the 2014 Tour De France Grand Depart. On Sunday 28th April 2013 myself and 3 others Mr Cockerill #1, Mr Hill and Mr Cockerill #2 are riding Stage 2 of the Tour De France Grand Depart 2014.
